On April 22, "Trace the New Thoughts- Follow the Road of Common Prosperityin Ethnic Regions"Jingning Theory Seminar was held in Jingning County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. Experts and scholars from all over the country gathered here to discuss the meanings, ways and experiencesof Chinese modernization to promote common prosperity in ethnic autonomous regions. Duringtheseminar, Shi Kang, secretary of the ShibadongVillage Youth League Branch in Huayuan County, Hunan Province, and Shi Jinlan, deputy general manager of the ShibadongTourism Companydiscussedwith the participants about the development of Chinese path to modernizationto promote common prosperity construction in ethnic autonomous regions based on the experience of Shibadong Village.

At the seminar, Shi Kang spoke as a special guest.Taking the development of Shibadong Village as an example, he introduced to the participants about the situation related to the rural tourism of ShibadongVillage to help the targetedpoverty alleviation. Combining with his own life experience in ShibadongVillage, he told an vivid story of the way Shibadong out of poverty.

In recent years, relying on the unique resources such as Miao ethnic culture, characteristic Miao village and natural scenery, ShibadongVillage, which is the "birthplace"oftargetedpoverty alleviation, has been increasingthe construction of tourism infrastructure, makingefforts to improve the tourism development environment, encouraging poor households to participate in rural tourism development, and jointly promotingthe integration of targeted poverty alleviation and rural tourism development.With all these efforts, Shibadong Village has becoming a model village and a designated tourism village in Hunan Province.
